Her career trajectory led her to the prestigious W Hotel in Washington, DC, where she had the privilege of overlooking the White House while crafting cocktails with precision and sophistication. It was here that Tracy's passion for mixology truly ignited. Intrigued by the intricacies of drink composition and the blend of artistry and science behind the bar, she delved deep into the craft, eager to understand every aspect of cocktail creation.

For the past six years, Tracy has been the creative force behind the cocktail program at W Hotel's POV bar, unofficially curating experiences that delight guests and elevate their senses. Now, as the official curator for the entire Hotel Washington, Tracy continues to push the boundaries of mixology, constantly seeking new ways to innovate and captivate her audience.

Her journey took an exciting turn when she assumed the role of bar manager at L'Avant Garde, a chic French restaurant known for its avant-garde approach to cuisine and cocktails. Collaborating closely with the talented Beverage Director, Hakim Hamid, Tracy continues to evolve her craft, infusing her creations with flair and finesse that leave a lasting impression on every guest.
